Our Story
Our story begins with our parent company, CV.SNR Ekspor Furindo. Co-founder Frankie Orah has decades of experience in the industry and independently opened his own furniture manufacturing factory in 2007. With his expertise in wood and furniture, he began trading with the US market and has specialized in custom-made high-end furniture. With more than 15 years of experience, our parent company decided to build their own brand, Sae Home Living. ‘Sae’ means ‘good’ in Javanese language, which represents the origin of our furniture.
Our Furniture
Our furniture is proudly produced locally in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We work together with other small local workshops and finalize production in our 5,000 sqm factory located in Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia which is the centre of handicraft in Yogyakarta. We also source the best wood locally from Indonesia. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best quality furniture and deliver the best customer service experience. We have an in-house engineering team, quality control inspectors, and a solid team to ensure that our clients have the best experience when purchasing their dream furniture.
Sustainability
Our company works closely with local small businesses in order to support them as well. We also share our knowledge with them in order for them to grow. Our raw body productions are made locally by our local small businesses and the finishing process including quality control inspection is done in our factory in Bantul.
We are strongly against deforestation and we strictly only use certified wood from local forestry. We also have a close relationship with our local forestry groups who care deeply about our forest, where we usually collaborate together in order to bring back what we get to nature.
